COVID-19: CERT NZ availability through levels 3 and 4
CERT NZ is still taking incident reports through the shut-down period.
We will continue to operate as New Zealand moves through the different alert levels for COVID-19. Whether New Zealand is in alert levels 1, 2, 3 or 4, CERT NZ will continue to support New Zealanders impacted by cyber security incidents and issues.
As our workforce moves to a new way of working, the service we can offer to New Zealanders will also change.
We will prioritise the most critical cyber security incidents. This will mean that cyber security incidents that are less urgent may have delays in receiving responses to their incidents. If you're unsure, report and we'll triage your ticket and respond accordingly.
